In this first Meditation we will let all our senses be naturally active; our eyes, ears, sense of smell, touch, the air or our clothes touching our skin, our hands laying on the lap... Just let all the senses open up while enlarging youir focus on them all. We'll be letting the flow of our attention go freely where it has to, here and now, not trying to avoid anything or prefer anything else. Really let it flow and we'll gather all information coming in, as it come and goes; physical sensations, energy movements qnd sensorial perceptions... So, we will open up to the whole environment around us, whether in front, on our sides or behind us. We'll gather information without judging anything that comes or doesn't come to us, just sitting here quietly and being an observer, a quiet observer. The only way the observer will be interfering is by smiling at all information or non-information, - just smiling . This meditation is inspired by the practice of the Inner Smile, from the Daoist and Taoists practices.
